Great house. Looks just like the pictures, very clean, and had all the basics. Katie was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Colorado.

We LOVED our stay at Katie’s place! It is absolutely beautiful with so much space. The beds are so comfortable and our kids loved their room watching movies via projector every night til falling asleep. The decor is super cute and the place is so updated and modern. The backyard has a cute patio area complete with a hammock. Also, such a neat but very appreciated feature with kids - the hallway has a dimmer light that softly illuminates as motion is detected which is nice for seeing without turning on any lights if you wake up and need to go to the bathroom or kitchen, etc. We would 100% stay here again! My kids were so sad to be leaving. It is in such a good area, close to lots of food and shopping, and also a very short drive to downtown Denver. I highly recommend Katie’s place for a cozy stay if you’re in the area.

Absolutely loved staying here with my little family! The house had everything we needed and more! It was in a wonderful location and in a very quite neighborhood. Quick access to the highways and lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. I plan on staying here again in the future!
