The Meritage House is perfect for... - Large families - Friends getaways - Girls Weekends -Golfing Getaways - Winter Sports (Apex Mountain is located just a 30 minute drive away) - Hockey teams - or "executive offsites", - It's all about a space fostering connection. Cody is such a super nice guy and the place is loaded with all things you may need during your stay.. Such a spacious cozy house! I really enjoyed with my small family being there for over a couple of months. Thanks Cody! Highly recommended

We had a lot of fun exploring Pentictons lakes, restaurants, and coffee shops while staying at this location because almost everything is within walking distance. This house is unique and large and comfortable. unfortunately, the 5th bedroom described was a small futon, and the basement shower wasn't working. We would still stay again. Great times!

Nice house with an interesting layout. Lots of rooms and nicely decorated. Outside patio area with bbq is a great place to spend outdoor time. Kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. Hot tub is a bit small for multiple people and somewhat segregated from the rest of the backyard. One bathroom above the basement makes for some lineups in the morning and evening rush. All in all, a nice rental and we’d return again. Host was very accommodating and offered to let us stay another night when our flights were unexpectedly cancelled.
