Dawn’s place was perfect for our family getaway with 3 teens. A few blocks from the beach, downtown and restaurants meant we could all come and go as it worked for our own schedules. The place has lots of space and we loved having the outdoor couch and table on the west facing balcony!

We just finished our stay at Dawns place and we really enjoyed her home and her as a host. location is perfect - close to beach and restaurants. Her home feels very clean and new and that she has a lot of pride in her space. I loved the small details like the shampoo and conditioner, the stepping stool in bathroom for my toddler, the wagon we used for the beach. All these little things made our stay so comfortable. As a host I was super impressed with how quick she was to respond and that she also checked in with us the second day to see how our stay was. I would highly recommend this space and hope to be back one day Thank you dawn for the great long weekend vacation for our family
