A really nice place spoilt by parking issues not advised and distance from house to car on a steep hill. Had to drive around for over an hour to find space. Also not advised room not serviced during stay blaming covid when most places have moved on. If not servicing should advise and give easy access to supplies if needed. Breakfast very good but overall dissapointed with stay.

Anne’s place was in such a perfect location for exploring Durham, the room was spotless and very comfortable, the included breakfast was definitely an added bonus too! The only thing was that the WiFi was a bit hit and miss and the signal wasn’t great, but we were too busy exploring Durham to mind! Would definitely recommend and stay again next time we’re in Durham.

Anne is experienced and helpful. The room was lovely and the breakfast delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again
