Ruth’s place was more than we expected. The photos did not do it justice. It was very comfortable and enhanced our trip to Puerto Rico!! The property provided everyone with some activity.

We absolutely loved our stay at Aquatika! Ruth’s place was better than described in the listing. So much space for our large family with teenagers. The property was perfect to lounge around, pools were great and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Privacy on the roof with great views of the mountains and large awning to sit under for any passing shower. We love the town of Loiza! Locals were all so friendly and happy to share their culture with our family. Walked to convenience store right outside property and to small bars along street. Aquatika ended up being the central point for easy travel to all local destinations. Easy drive to the Loíza beaches/restaurants, Loquillo, Pionnes, Yunque Forest, caves and San Juan. Ruth’s rental was perfect in every way for our family, she even blew up tubes prior to our arrival for the lazy river and left brand new sand toys for our young daughter. House came with everything we needed for our stay! We will definitely be back! :)

Ruth was very thoughtful and thorough with communication. The home was very relaxing and clean with beach access. She was very responsive in real time whenever a question was asked with a small manual to include descriptions and instructions inside the home. The best decision made for a family vacation.

Ruth was fantastic, the condo was super clean and the layout fantastic. The only negatives are easy fixes for the owner, so I would inquire on them before booking - the two queen beds were extremely uncomfortable. No complaints on the bunk beds, but the queens were terrible. The sheets were also poor quality - not breathable and extremely hot. Needed basic, inexpensive items like kleenex/tissue, scissors, pen/pencil, paper/notepad, tape, baking sheet, washcloths. We were a party of 7 and there were barely enough dishes, cups, silverware, etc. The condo itself is great. With a small investment the owner could take this condo to a 5 star super easily.
