Due to illness, no one was there to check us in and help us with the way the AC and TVs worked. There were issues with the AC which was repaired in reasonably short order, then for the last couple of days the Savant video system went out and none of the televisions worked. Also the safe did not function. The apartment is well located and nicely furnished. It was as described and we would likely rent it again and recommend it to friends. The manager was quite responsive given that he was out of the country at the time of our rental. I

Beautiful place with access to resort amenities including the Spa. Great for a relaxing vacation! Will definitely visit again! Arturo was very helpful and attentive during our stay!

The villa is nice but due to a family emergency, we ended up renting another villa in the same complex from someone else and they included so much more in their price. They didn’t charge for up to 8 guests, they had remote check in, they included the golf cart, they included the resort fee, we had champagne and cookies waiting for us. It felt like a completely different type of hospitality. I won’t rent this villa again given the hoops we had to jump through but it’s a beautiful spot. Perhaps other renters won’t be bothered by these little details.

Golf and tennis access were awesome. The villa is close to the clubhouse and have several pools, and the beach within a very short walking distance distance. Annie and Arturo where extremely helpful during our stay. Some cons, the HVAC in the unit could use some tuning. The cost for hotel’s spa services are way out of bounds, so just remove that from the agenda and you’ll be fine. Those things aside, the location of the unit, amenities, and staff were all great. I would recommend renting.
