This modern and newly upgraded villa is located inside Wyndham Rio Mar Resort. It belongs to Las Brisas development that offers convenient access to several restaurant, casinos , pools and beach. You will have access to two residential swimming pools. One is located just few steps away from the villa and second is located beach front. The nightly rate is based off a 5 guest occupancy. Additional guests are permitted but they are required to pay an additional Fee up to 5 additional guest. This villa is a spacious Three bedroom three full bathroom duplex that can comfortably host up to 10 guests. Master bedroom is set up with a King size bed and two the guest bedrooms are set up with two queen size beds each. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in. Outdoor patio offers pleasant views of the resort. Each room has a TV, WiFi and air conditioning. As your host, and/or owner of the villa, i do not make myself responsable for unexpected interruption of services. This includes, but is not limited to: WiFi. live TV, electricity, and water.
