Hot tub was inoperable after a busy weekend, this was entirely foreseeable and they just weren't on top of it. The place needs a turnaround and might be getting it given the piles of furniture to be thrown out and stacks of boxed furniture on the porch, but more needs to be done with the heating system is fixed (pulling off the wall). Good location and potential vibe with the party room, but we're going to wait until any work is done.

Really cool spot. Friendly staff. Recreational room was awesome and continental breakfast every morning was really nice. The hot tub was my favorite, looked forward to this the most after long days of skiing

Austin’s inn is in a great location for skiing Bromley, Stratton, etc. The room was clean, the inn has a nice center lodge type room with a fireplace and pool table. Austin was super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Would stay again!

Great location minutes from Bromley mountain and dining options in Manchester. It's under new ownership, and the new owners are great. Friendly hosts, a good breakfast, clean rooms, and puppers are welcome. Can't wait to see how it grows in the coming year.

What a wonderful experience me and my family had these past few days, we appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the beauty of the place, the location can't be any better, we'll definitely come back
