This place was as described and pictured. I enjoyed my stay and love the beach access right in the “back yard”. Staff were friendly and helpful. Concierge stored our luggage, as we checked out prior to our late flight. We did not use the gym during our stay. The water was nice and hot—not the best water pressure though. The washer and dryer worked, too. There were some negative reviews about the HVAC units on the balcony, but it didn’t bother me. I barely had the AC on it gets really cold inside. Safety: There were some units that additional security measures that this unit did not. Like, a barred screen door in addition to the main door. My boyfriend felt unsafe because of this it made it seem we, too, should have that. Outside of the hosts control—the pool and bar were closed. Pool is supposed to be under construction soon. I would stay here again and I give it 5 stars

Great location and experience overall. The only thing I’d say is the balcony has an AC unit that blows out hot air at night, and you can turn it off temporarily but ask the host for instructions, and the building itself was pretty empty/the pool was closed. So this isn’t very “resort like” if that’s what you are looking for. Overall, great experience if you are looking for something private and cost friendly.

The condo pics matched (except for 2 big very rusty items on balcony—made it difficult to take pics w/ ocean as background without rusty items being apart of pic) and side view was beautiful. The room’s amenities ( AC, smart TVs, kitchenette) were fine, but the property itself seems dated, only 1 working elevator (on our side), AC didn’t work in lobby area and bar remained closed. There was a small coffee shop, but coffee & food was very sub par. The beach entrance is gated (with workers monitoring the gate)— this took away from the look/ scenery/ views (have stayed elsewhere on island and beach entrance wasn’t blocked off by an ugly gate). Honestly feel it was overpriced if you consider all aspects. We walked to casino hotel next door and the lobby area was absolutely beautiful w/ amenities that our location was missing. The food options w/in walking distance; Chilis, Church’s, Mexican spot & couple other eateries. As several other reviews mentioned, Uber costs are very reasonable.

We came here for a 3-night stay - The location is perfect, right on the beach - the view from the 14th floor is exactly as pictured in the description, making for a wonderful nightcap or morning sunrise watch. There were two Tommy Bahama beach chairs in the unit and two beach towels, and we requested a cooler, which was dropped off on the second day of our stay (thanks!) - if you prefer to lay out, you can rent lounge chairs ($5 each) and an umbrella ($15) on the beach. The building is extremely outdated; only 2 out of 6 elevators worked, so account for your plans. It is noted that the pool is closed, and the amenities in the building (game room are not in service). I didn’t have a chance to check out the gym, so I can’t provide feedback on that. Chana was kind enough to give local recommendations, response time was quick, and check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. Would I return? Absolutely but I think it needs a bit more TLC!
