We enjoyed our weekend in the Ft. Smith area and our stay at Nathan's home was fantastic! Great location, very clean and comfortable with quality bedding, towels, and furniture. Nathan was extremely pro-active and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend Nathan and his beautiful home!

Nice location outside of town but not too inconvenient to shopping or restaurants. House was comfortable and well maintained. Nice big washer and dryer. Only minor complaint is that the included kitchen supplies is very minimal. No measuring cups, etc. The very basics are there but it was challenging to prepare some meals at the house.
