Our stay was excellent! House was clean and in a quiet & safe neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, kids (17, 15 & 11) loved the pool and ping pong table, and the adults enjoyed the kitchen and open space. Pool area was very private and the outdoor seating plus dining were great. Groceries and good restaurants are all within 10 minutes drive. AMI is pretty close with beach traffic occasionally causing a slower drive. Siesta Key was also drivable at approximately 50 minutes with some beach traffic. Mote Maine Lab & Aquarium were a hit for both kids and adults on a rainy day. Overall, a great vacation!

Our stay at “Feeling Beach” was fantastic! We had 8 guests, including 3 large teenage boys, and there was plenty of room. The home was beautiful and clean. We may even steal some decorating ideas for our own home! We all felt immediately at home and it was a perfect home base for our group of soccer families. We could prepare meals, wash and dry clothes (very important after soccer games in a Florida downpour), and get a really good night’s sleep. Most importantly, we made priceless memories hanging out in the pool, playing rousing games of ping pong and foosball, or just laughing and enjoying each other’s company. Christy was a wonderful host! She provided an amazing digital welcome brochure, responded to all questions very quickly, and was a true delight to interact with! If we are in the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at “Feeling Beachy” or any other property Christy owns!

House looks better in pictures. It has everything we needed, yet lacked the luxury feeling we were hoping for with photos. Christy was really responsive to feedback, so hopefully mattress & bedding is updated. Location was perfect for our plans in Tampa & Sarasota.
