Master Bedroom - The master bedroom is the only bedroom located on the second level which provides the seclusion and privacy you need after a busy day at the beach. The master bath is spacious with a large walk in shower. Bedroom 2 is located in the front of the house with a queen bed and large window looking out at the beautiful and lush landscaping. There is a full bath with shower adjacent to the room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both contain queen size beds with and are separated by a jack & jill bath. I can’t say enough good about Estately Gardens! The house was extremely clean, very spacious, and perfect location! Rich was quick at communicating and extremely accommodating! Would rent again!

We had an amazing time at Estately Gardens. The location is great, we felt safe walking in the neighborhood which was quiet and peaceful. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. The house was super cozy, there was so much attention to detail and we appreciated all the amenities. It was a huge plus to have the pool heated. The backyard is breathtaking with that beautiful lit up tree. And our family reunion was a success as everyone was comfortable in all the living and outdoor spaces. Rich was very responsive and helped answer every question within seconds. We definitely recommend this property and we hope to come back!
