The house is everything and even more than what the pictures show. Easy to get to and great amenities… Everyone in our party throughly enjoyed the house. Kate was easy to contact and in fact she was first initiate communication as soon as I booked and was very responsive from there on. Had a great weekend, would not hesitate to do it again

Kate's place was perfect for my bachelorette with my sisters/mom. I just wanted a chill weekend getaway. The pool/hot-tub was the perfect temperature and a great place to relax. We also enjoyed the pool floaties. The house was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed, even for the beach! The beach was a 20 min drive, so I recommend getting a rental car. But it was so worth it! Our favorite was Holmes beach. There are also lot of a great restaurants and places to go nearby. My two favorite were the ugly grouper and Venturas. I hope to be able to come again in the future! It was one of the best airbnbs I stayed in.

We loved staying at Kate’s listing in Bradenton. It was super clean, convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was well stocked with everything you need to go to the beach. The nature preserve close by was so beautiful to walk or jog. We will definitely be staying again.

This home was wonderful!! It was so clean when we arrived, and we loved the little extra touches that went above and beyond like cute folded towels. The neighborhood was very nice and super quiet which we loved. Also only a couple miles from a Publix so super convenient. Kate had every amenity we could have wanted, and we were so thankful for all the beach items that we didn’t have to bring but made the beach even more enjoyable. Kate was very responsive and all the instructions were very clear. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and we thought the beds were pretty comfortable! It was a very enjoyable stay! Definitely recommend!!
