Beautiful house and wonderful yard

Our family vacation at Paul’s was wonderful. The house was spacious, clean and offered a wide variety of activities for all ages. I loved the private pickleball court and the backyard was a private oasis equipped with lounges, volleyball, pool, corn hole & ping pong. The only things to note was the main house had (1) shower in the master and then (1) showers in the kids room, which we couldn’t utilize because it was bunk beds. Also, half empty hand soaps were left (probably from last guest) in the bathrooms. Grill needs to be updated. For such a nice property, the charcoal grill didn’t seem to fit. Other than that, experience was great and we would return.

This place is beautiful! It has everything you could need and feels like home. Lots of outdoor space, plenty of inside space for everyone, just overall beautiful. I think just about every person in our group came home and ordered the mattresses from this home. The best nights sleep I’ve had in years because of my back!! My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. We are planning on making it a yearly adventure. The beach is so beautiful and a quick drive to.

What a beautiful and fun place to stay! My entire family of 24 stayed for 4 days and it was a great experience. There is so much to do on site, for adults and children. The pool and surrounding turf / sand area feels like a resort. The landscaping is stunning. There are tons of seating options inside and out which is nice when you have a large family. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We had an extended family gathering with ages ranging from 4 to 74. Everyone had a great time and especially enjoyed the pool, the sand volleyball court and the poker table for evening card games. the bathroom layout is a little tricky for large groups, but we made it work and would definitely stay again.
