Overall this place was a nice stay! The location is a nice, quiet neighborhood. The area is mostly walkable, however, if you plan to go to Kennebunkport you will need to arrange transportation!!! This almost ruined our vacation!! Although Kennebunk is a 15 minute drive away, it is an hour and 30 minutes walk. There are practically NO Ubers or Lyfts in the area. There is a company called RideMaine that provides Taxi service, but their available drivers and hours of operation are very limited. There are no trollies, shuttles or buses that run in between the towns. I recommend renting bikes for the duration of your stay or a car. All of the bike and scooter rentals are located in Kennebunkport. Aside from this complication, the stay was alright. However, I think for the cost of this Airbnb there should have been some bikes or a golf cart available to use. I have stayed at many airbnbs in the past that provided similar amenities in this price range.

We were only staying a couple of days, but the house was perfect for us as far as location, price and amenities. There were 3 of us and we all had our own space. We loved hanging in the sunroom in the morning and in the den at night. It was easy to get around, and the neighbors were very nice. The kitchen is nicely equipped, even though we just used the coffee machine. The home was very peaceful, and the beds were super comfortable. I can't wait to see it after the upcoming renovations. The second bathroom will be a huge plus! Rob was great. He messaged us right after we got there to check on everything and let us know he had put space heaters in all the rooms and bought extra blankets since it was going to be cold at night. He was really quick to respond every time we had a question - from booking until check out. I am definitely keeping his home in my favorites.

The house was fine and Rob and Erin gave clear and easy instructions for check in and check out. We loved our first visit to Maine - the beaches and town were so fun to explore.
