I spent more than one month at this property so I got a pretty good feel about the place. The positives aspects: - Janina - who manages the apartment - is a lovely and kind lady who is very proactive and was always very helpful and responsive when I needed her help. - Beautifully decorated apartment in Scandinavian style. Modern and sophisticated. - Very comfortable furniture. - Stunning view from the ocean. - Perfect location. You can do anything walking. - The living room is very well ventilated with the most beautiful view of the ocean. Two aspects that could be better: - The building itself which is old, however it is well kept. - I could hear the neighbours from the bedroom because the walls are thin. Overall I do recommend the apartment!

Great apartment - exactly as it looks in the photos. Very well equipped for anyone who might want to cook. Perfectly located for the beach, restaurants, and old town. We would definitely stay again. Despite being centrally located we found it very peaceful and quiet, and the views are incredible. The parking spot is very tight - I’m not the greatest at parking so I chose to park elsewhere, and there are lots of options nearby. It’s a beautifully renovated apartment, in a great location - a great place to stay

Just back from a fantastic stay , the apartment was fabulous. Beautiful views of the sea & great location for old town . Short taxi drive to Puerto Banus, would definitely book again
