A wonderful house with a wonderful garden. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all amenities are in very good condition. You can tell that the owners use the house themselves and that they cherish and maintain their home with great care. The cozy atmosphere made us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped in. Unlike many professionally managed properties that often lack a personal touch, with a scarce interior and amenities. Communicating with Dirk was a breeze; he was incredibly responsive and helpful with every inquiry. You need a car, but other than that, everything is easy to reach. Thank you, Dirk & Anja, for sharing your home with us and for your great hospitality! We hope to come back.

Our stay at Casa Calma was glorious. The house was beautifully done, very comfortable and everything was in perfect working order. The garden was lovely and peaceful and the heated pool was gorgeous. The house is on a quiet urban street so there are a few neighbour noises but nothing that disturbed us unduly. Dirk could not have been a better host. Always immediately responsive, he was helpful with everything, including excellent restaurant recommendations. We loved our stay so much we are going to go back next year. A highly recommended villa.

We had such a lovely week here. The villa is really pretty and manages to blend the Andalusian style with modern convenience and practicality. The decoration is tasteful and inviting with many characterful features . The kitchen is fully equipped and the island makes food preparation easy . The living space is cosy and appealing, and you immediately feel at home. The out door area is spacious , well equipped and wonderful to enjoy a relaxing drink or a full lunch alfresco. The gardens are beautifully maintained with lots of mature hedges and trees which makes the villa feel very private. The children enjoyed the heated pool. A car or taxis ( Uber works great ) are needed to visit surrounding areas … but nothing is more than 10 mins away . Nosso beach club was our favourite and the old town of Marbella is vibrant , beautiful and authentic with a host of restaurants . Dirk is super helpful with recommendations and is extremely quick to respond . We will definitely visit again

My wife and i had an incredible time at Dirk’s Casa Calma. The property is spectacular, and a true oasis. We loved being near golf, beach, and great restaurants. Will definitely come back soon!
