we stayed at this place for convenience whilst our own home was under repair. It really was like a home from home for ourselves and our four children. The house was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed to continue day to day life. Phil popped round one day to check everything was okay and was lovely and really helpful. would definitely recommend this place.

Thanks again to Phil for a great long weekend - great place to stay with my family of four. Warm, nice amenities, quiet, plenty of space and everything you need. Easy to get to lots of places in Manchester and Cheshire. Would stay again.

We stayed at Phil's property from Nov 23rd-25th for a wedding we attended. Following the wedding on the 23rd, me and my friends were in the conservatory. The next day, Phil came over to the property to let us know we were being too loud the previous night. This encounter was intimidating and came across as almost threatening. Whilst we can understand his frustration, a simple message on the night could have avoided this interaction as we could have gone inside the house to reduce the noise and resolved the issue there and then. There was also water leaking from the bathroom upstairs into the kitchen below it when the shower was being used. Apart from that, it was a decent property. Convenient location to the wedding venue and plenty of space for parking.
