The house is situated in the leafy Suburb of East Didsbury. Immediately behind the property there is access Millgate fields and Stenner wood. After a short stroll you’ll find the banks of the River Mersey, the Mersey valley and fletcher moss botanical gardens. The historic Didsbury village is a leisurely 10- 15 minute walk away from the property and has an abundance of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. Access to the city centre (5 miles away ) and Manchester airport (3 miles) are simple by road, rail and bus. East Didsbury railway station has regular, direct trains to the city centre and airport. East Didsbury tram station operates the pink line through the boho area of west Didsbury and onto the city. Both stations are 10-15 minutes walk from the house and located by the Parrs wood leisure complex. The complex contains a large gym, bowling alley and cinema as well as number of restaurants. You’ll also find a large Tesco supermarket across the road from the complex.

On street parking is available outside the house or close by. The property is served by East Didsbury rail and tram station, as well as a number of bus routes.
