Very pleasant stay at Jacob's. If you're coming for the archives, it's ideal and Jacob is a most helpful host.

Jacob’s listing is exactly as advertised ! The basement apartment is spacious and homely. The beds were comfortable and clean. Jacob was great about communicating. The sounds of people walking about, did wake us up in the mornings and could be an issue for light sleepers. We did have to clean the toilet and kitchen utensils upon arrival as they were extremely unsanitary. This was truly upsetting considering we paid a cleaning fee when booking. We did enjoy our stay minus the few hiccups. While I don’t think we’d stay again, Jacob’s place has a lot of potential and can be great for those looking for a one night stay in the area.

Probably the best hosts you'll ever find. The hosts were incredibly generous and kind. About the room, the attention to detail was what really impressed me. And, everything was supper clean and tidy. Additionally, in the basement, they just installed a new stationary bike. I tested it out -- it's very good! To anyone visiting College Park, I recommend this place 100% without any reservations. You won't regret it one bit.

This stay was one of the most, if not the most comfortable stay that i have had in an AirBnb, Jacob and Esther were amazing hosts that kept me and my group smiling, from the happy birthday balloons to the notes especially in person conversations that were had, the only “downside” is that the water doesnt stay hot for too long(nothing a quicker shower couldnt solve), This was a really fun experience. Truly amazing people, i felt like i was at home, felt very included, smiles all around!
