This was our first visit to the D.C. area, so we were unsure of what to expect. The neighborhood seemed very safe, which was one of the most important elements. Check-in was easy and was great to have flexible check-in time. We were happy with the stay for the price we paid. It was nice to have a TV in each room. The metro station was not a far drive, which was convenient. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a pack and play for our little one. The place was clean but not as clean as most airbnbs we've stayed in. This would be our only complaint. Again, the price was well worth it. They have done a fantastic job with the layout, and it was fairly spacious for a basement. For a quick trip, it's a good place to stay.

El alojamiento fue muy cómodo y sin ningún problema todo muy tranquilo y ubicada en 1 a residencial, la entrada fue fácil y el apartamento es como para hospedarse. . Hace algo de frío en la noche y no tienes control del aire acondicionado pero no es algo grave. Creo que lo único que falta en este hospedaje son unos calentadores de resto esta perfecto.

We were on a spring break trip to Washington DC. This amenity was comfortable, clean, and close to the nearby transit system. It was clean and had everything we needed for a five person family. We particularly enjoyed the lattes. Would definitely recommend. Great value. Great host.
