Being right on the lake to watch the sunrise and sunset was an added bonus along with the fact that we could dock our pontoon right at the house was valuable. The house was well stocked and very clean. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The guest house was cozy and comfortable. You will not be sorry to plan your next stay at this location. The host was very helpful and gracious. - Carmela ☀ William was a great host. The house is lovely, clean and well stocked. The guest house is not very comfortable as a 4th bedroom due to having to sleep on a pull out couch. so I would not recommend not counting it as a 4th bedroom. The lake toys were wonderful and the kids and grandkids enjoyed the kayaks, fishing and the big float. We enjoyed the grilling area and used it most every night and had to have our s'mores at the fire pit! We had great communication with William and he checked on us throughout our stay. I would recommend this home to anyone who would like a quiet time on the lake! - Beverly ☀ My family had an amazing vacation at Turkey Run!! We had 13 people there and had plenty of places for everyone to sleep and so many activities for everyone to do. We really enjoyed spending time on the dock listening to music, swimming, and taking the kayaks and paddle boat out on the lake. The view of the lake on the deck is beautiful especially in the mornings enjoying my coffee! William was a great host and very responsive. The house was clean and had everything you would need for a vacation! Would definitely come back and stay again in the future! - Chinda Great deck area, dock with upper level. This place was beyond perfect!! Flew in from Washington State. We had a mini family reunion at this property and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed themselves! The lights outside were pretty, kitchen had everything we needed and had firewood ready to go! Highly recommend and definitely will be back next year! William went above and beyond. Best Airbnb host I’ve ever had to be completely honest! Thanks again for everything!

Wonderful home with easy access to stores, family and friends. Kitchen was great to cook in and beds were very comfortable. Loved the large tv and available kayaks. We had a fantastic Thanksgiving Week.

Me and the girls had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful, the house is exactly as described. (The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. I brought things I didn't need, if you have a question, be sure to ask the host before you pack!) I didnt have any questions for our host, he was very informative. Food Lion also delivers in a very reasonable time. Watersview restuarant was amazing, strongly recommend if you're eating out to give it a try!

Pros Well equipped kitchen Clean house Great boathouse to hangout with a bar Cons 3 uncomfortable beds Charcoal BBQ unusable Gaz BBQ, dangerous because it was really greasy Paddle boat full of stagnant water and missing seat Fire pits with 10 little pieces of wood for 3 nights Fire pits full of water and trash We couldn't park our boat under the boathouse and we only had room for 1 boat The inside was prepared but not the outside which is where people want to spend their time when they rent a lake house. For $600 cleaning fee I shouldn't have to clean the BBQs, fire pits and spider webs in the boathouse. This was not the daily spider webs clean up. For someone renting this property for the first time, it's an ok spot due to the novelty of being by the lake. However, we've had prior experience renting houses on this lake and this one was just OK.
