Grill aficionados will appreciate the propane grill and Traeger smoker at their disposal. For our furry friends, we welcome dogs and provide food and water dishes, three medium-sized crates and a selection of doggie life jackets, in additional to some cuddly dog beds. Please let us know if you will be bringing pets so we can make these items available. Waterside Bliss: The dock is your gateway to aquatic bliss. Wade into the calm waters from the steps, bask on the floating mat, or anchor at the floating island 40 feet from the dock. With adult and kid-sized kayaks, a range of life jackets, and a drink fridge, water adventures are just steps away. The water is 7’ deep at the end of the dock, and generally stays around 10’ across until near the island that’s 1/2 mile away, and 25’ in the channel 3/4 mile across. Family-Friendly Touches: We offer a highchair and Pack-n-Play for the little ones, with additional options available upon request. Dual-level washers and dryers ensure convenience during your stay. Endless Activities: Rain or shine, Hill House at Lake Gaston caters to diverse interests. Watch a movie on the 77 inch TV, with popcorn from the popcorn machine. Leashed walks are required if you would like to explore in our small, low-traffic neighborhood, and we regularly treat the yard for fleas and ticks.
