Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch. With a large living room/dining room/kitchenette area, you can lounge on the couch, enjoy a meal at the table, journal at an antique desk or curl up to read a good book. The bedroom contains a queen size bed with nightstand, dresser, mirror, closet, outside window with light blocking shade. There is a twin size mattress available as well as a long couch, two pull out sofa beds and for a extra guests. The kitchenette has full size freezer & refrigeration, sink, induction burner, microwave, hand mixer, coffee maker, as well as many dishes and cooking utensils. The outdoor pool is usually available April through early October but walking the woods and fields is a year round enjoyment on the farm. Longhorn cattle, bee hives, fruit & vegetable gardens, many birds and wildlife make it a wonderful way to walk through an afternoon, sunrise or sunset.
