Great location and view, we loved our few days away.

When booking the cottage we were shown photos from the cottage (that one was great and we loved it) and the garden terrasse. What was not mentioned at all is that the cottage is not on its own but that there are three other cottages, one next to the other, all sharing the same garden terrasse. During our staywe had three families in the other cottages next to ours and a forth family in the cottage behind the front four ones. This means families with 7-9 children running around in the garden from the morning till dawn. Privacy for us was totally out of question and the noice level during our four days was the one of a kindergarden going at full speed - next to our cottage. While we understand and appreciate that other families also want to enjoy these beautiful cottages, we could hardly spend some quite moments during our stay. We would have appreciated knowing that the cottage we rented was one of several ones and all of them sharing the same garden with no possible privacy!!!

Fantastische Lage direkt am Meer mit tollem Blick. Das Haus selbst ist inzwischen ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und könnte insgesamt besser gepflegt sein.

Stay here if you’re coming to Byron Bay. This was a highlight of our Australian trip. You cannot beat the view from this place. The sunrises were unreal. Take a 20 minute walk on the beach to get to the cutest downtown area with tons of restaurants and shops.
