Stayed for 5 nights in April 2024. Found everything in perfect order and matching pictures / description on Airbnb website. Host super responsive throughout the stay. Replied usually within minutes of sending a message to him. Texted that we were missing some glassware in the house. An hour later we had two boxes of glassware delivered to the front door. Excellent! A fine working internet connection. I measured around ~250/30 on my mobile phone. Only "unpleasant" surprise was the proximity to I-27. I-27 is very busy and literally on the other side of the garden fence. The traffic noise and emergency vehicle sirenes is of course very noticeable all day. But it's of course 100% my own responsibility to check the location. We've stayed in a villa in Davenport before (on Nevada Loop Rd, which is far enough away from I-27 to be very quiet), and therefore it never crossed my mind to check on the location. My bad. The house itself and facilities are in perfect order. Can recommend :-)

Amazing stay. Villa was spotless and exactly as described. Paid for the pool heater which was well worth the money as was able to use the pool at whatever hour around our busy days at the parks. Felt completely safe and secure at all times. Close enough to the parks and the great restaurants on the 192 or Champions Gate. We didn’t need to contact the host as everything was great but I felt confident that they were there if needed. Would love to be able to go back some day. Great villa, great host, great value for money

Our host was super friendly and very responsive. Pictures of the house do it no justice. It's truly a beautiful home. There's a space for everyone, be it convo at the kitchen counter, snacks and drinks at the table, TV in the living room or relaxation by the pool. We didn't spend too much time in the house as we were quite busy. But it was absolutely perfect for us. Can't wait to book with them again! I can't thank them enough.

so... my only concern at first was the listing says heated pool. In the description, it stated you have to pay extra for the pool heater. I didn't notice that. I was a little taken back by that. 30/night. however, when we arrived, the pool was warm and awesome. really warm.I would do it again. I will not hesitate in the future. the house has beautiful tile everywhere. it's perfect for our 2 adult and 2 young adult situation. absolutely loved it. wish I would have booked one extra day to relax at this house after a fifteen hour day at the magical kingdom. it was well worth it. hated community. felt safe for sure. I recommend this place. thanks again!!
