Pat's cottage is a large, well-equipped, newly built property located in north Sligo. It is about a ten-minute drive southwest from Grange village in the quiet Maugherow peninsula. It is an ideal location for quiet family reunions and group trips. The quiet country pub next to the house is an asset to the property. It often has music nights and there is always a warm welcome. @patscottagemaugherow The cottage is approximately a 25-minute drive from Sligo town centre. It takes around an hour to get to from Knock airport, which is the closest airport The quiet cottage is a large open-plan property with one modern, well-equipped kitchen dining room attached to a comfortable living room with a stove. There is also a second large living room and a large games room with a table tennis table, books, toys, and board games. The house is family-friendly and a very comfortable place for all ages to relax and unwind after exploring the amazing surroundings. There are five large bedrooms: one en-suite on the ground floor (suitable for wheelchair access) and two en-suite on the first floor. Two further bedrooms share a large bathroom with a roll-top bath.

Beautiful, comfortable and well equipped house. Perfect for a family or group getaway. The house was in a lovely quiet place with beautiful views of Benbulben. Short drive to all the local tourist attractions, walks and hikes. There was a pub right next door that has live music on the weekends. Joanne was a fantastic host who helped us out getting the place set up for two babies and a toddler. She was helpful with anything we needed and always replied instantly for anything we needed!

Fabulous place, ideal for our family gathering which included two toddlers. Plenty of room, warm, clean and loads of toys and games for the family.

Just back from a lovely few days in Joanne's place. The house is really well equipped with something for everyone and very spacious. We were 4 adults, 3 kids (2 of whom are teenagers) and a dog, plenty of room for us all to have our own space! Lots to see / visit in the surrounding area. The house is really well finished and very comfortable. Would recommend.

There is a small thatched local pub next to the house. There are usually music sessions held on Friday evenings.
The house is a 20-minute walk (2.5km) from the beautiful sandy Yellow Strand beach. It is a 10-minute walk (1.5km)to the rugged rocky beaches. There are lots of great quiet areas to walk and to cycle. Raughley harbour has a particularly stunning walking track.
There are some amazing restaurants in and around Sligo. Please see our brochure for tips.
Dunleavy's is the closest local shop. This is a three-minute drive. There is a local link bus route from the shop which goes into Sligo pretty regularly.
