IMPORTANT: The Apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, but is not ideally suitable for 3 or 4 adults if ALL are individuals as is essentially 2 king size beds and the large bath/shower room is an ensuite located off the bedroom. The bedroom and lounge overlook woodland which is home to cattle, deer, pine Marten, various wildlife and birds, including cuckoo, woodpecker and jay. The bedroom has a Samsung Tv, with Firestick, an excellent king size bed (Emma mattress- new 2022). A hanging clothes rail and drawers. The spacious ensuite has a deep luxurious bath and separate shower cubicle with large standing mirrored cabinet to house all toiletries. Enjoy the products sourced from the local Highland Soap Company. The Lounge has a new Samsung smart tv (Sep 23), sofa bed, (which also houses sofa bed bedding), chest of drawers, coffee table/s and generous sized french doors that open to the woodland at the rear of the house. There is also a large OS map of the area to assist you with your planning. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with 4 stools (new 2022), Washing machine, fridge, 2 ring hob, table top oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and slow cooker. All necessary utensils are provided. There is also a pulley rack to assist with the drying of washing. We provide a complementary welcome pack which normally includes the basics and a few local Scottish provisions to get you started.
