Kayla was very kind and responsive i never got to meet her but she was always available to respond within minutes. If your looking for a new build, fresh style bnb this is not for you and nor isit advertised like that. Its more rustic with trinkets, a shabby chique look. The room has literally everything you might need, fan, heater, microwave, fridge, iron, lotions, lovely shower gels ect. Only criticism is although i wouldnt describe the place as dirty atal i think a deep is in need e.g floors skirting boards , behind bed ect. For a couple of nights it was fine for me .

Kayla was super kind to wait me up for my super late check-in due to the severe weather upon my arrival in Jackson. I really love the room it is super comfy with more than adequate amenities and even refill drinking water and local guide magazine/brochures were provided for guest’s convenience. Very recommended!

Easy enough to walk to restaurants and downtown. A peaceful stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at Kayla’s! The home was warm and welcoming, like staying in a little cottage in the woods! I hate I only got to stay one night, but I will 100% book again when I’m back in the area. She was so sweet and responsive over message exchange, and I wish I had gotten to meet her in person; maybe next time! Thank you, Kayla, for a lovely stay in a cozy home❤️

2nd time at Kayla's place. Comfortable and as described. Easy to check-in and easy to hop back on the highway to continue my trip.
