Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The unit is located in the Art District of Midtown. Midtown is a vibrant and artsy area that gives an experience like no other. This is the perfect getaway for staycations, travelers, couples, and solo travelers. Around the corner from Art Park, Beer Garden, Off Beat Records, Jax-Zen Float. Thalia Mara Hall. Fondren, Ridgeland, Pearl, Downtown Jackson, Highland Village, Jackson State University, Baptist, Amphitheater, and the Airport. This space is very unique and like no other that you can find in Mississippi. The space is made with very unique materials, which is one of the reasons it stands out. Space is very clean, open, and modest. Space contains wash and dryer for my travelers needing to wash for a long stay, haha. The space is located in a residential neighborhood, which makes it very quiet and perfect for travelers wanting peace and quiet or work from home. Space has wall to ceiling windows that bring in amazing natural sunlight throughout the day.

Lovley place! Outside/ area its located doesn’t look that appealing from the outside but the inside was okay! only issues really was the ac unit in the bedroom leaking water out onto the walls and floor when its on and even on coldest setting it was not blowing cold air. The bathroom area is veryyy small. they washer and dryer are right by the sink in the bathroom! but it was overall okay!

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that the bathroom was small and the positioning of the sink didn't allow me to do my hair. Other than that, everything was good, and Demario was an amazing host. Will definitely book with him again. 5 stars from me.

This unit is located in the Midtown Arts District, a thriving artist community including welders, carpenters, painters, sculptors, glass artists, seamstresses, and industrial designers. This neighborhood is an old historic district. This neighborhood is going through new development as well. The Neighborhood is very old , but the area is safe.

Numerous ways to get around, Uber or Lyft would be my first option, there is a train that runs walking distance from the unit as well.
