This place is very run down , it was not cleaned when we arrived , we couldn’t use the pool for the first two days & had to ask them to come back & clean it before we could swim in it. The house is a great size for families and the location is amazing however the property is not worth the money we paid .

This house is indeed a golden oldy, so it comes with quirks. Nothing much beats walking straight from your living room or bedroom onto the beach though. The kitchen came with lots of utensils and lovely original glasses, plated and bowls. The pool is large and deep and there is plenty of space in the house. We had a lovely time here.

While the location is exquisite there is a difference between dated and decrepit! House has not been maintained to the point that window frames are falling off making the house insecure as ground floor windows can be opened at any time. Also there was no cleaning done (only sheets and towels) BBQ, oven and microwave all covered with food and grease as well as bathrooms and kitchen unclean. Even the cleaning items left were used and cabinet unclean. As house is a subleased rental property none of the holiday house amenities generally found in a family owned cottage. Have not had an AirBnB experience like this before. Cannot recommend.

The house is in the perfect location where you walk from the back garden onto the beach and every morning most of us woke up that way. For those less adventurous the pool was a lovely sun trap. The house itself is huge and more than happily sleeps 12 people with space for lunchtime guests which was superb over Christmas/New Year. Bathrooms were well stocked with soaps and shower gels and all shower towels provided. Beds were comfy. The House is a little bit tired with the tiles in the pool falling out and the kitchen facilities lacking. The oven is tiny, cooks very slowly and only has one shelf and which made Christmas lunch a challenge but we managed with the help of the BBQ. We also had to buy more cutlery as there wasn't enough for 10 people. All in all a wonderful house to meet with large families and enjoy a lovely beach on the Central Coast.

I went here with some friends and we loved the location. The layout of the house is a bit strange, but that added to the charm.
