The space was very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable couch, chairs, and beds. Lots of dishes and utensils for cooking and eating in. Chris provided easy to follow instructions for check in and check out. The ceiling/floor is thin and the upstairs neighbor was a little loud late into the night, but otherwise this was a fantastic spot and I would stay here again.

Encanto was what I needed. I am a traveling caterer and was in need of a full kitchen. The kitchen, along with the rest of the home, was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, and close to downtown Monroe. The instructions to enter the home at check in were very easy to follow. Overall good stuff. Thanks Chris!
