We arrived and were devastated to find the property had not been cleaned. Joshua did not respond to the next day and we had to find alternative accommodation. Properly is very run down and does match photos. Sleeps 8 but there are only 6 dining chairs which are stained and very dirty. Blinds are broken and twisted. Garden and lawns are dead and there is a sewer smell outside . Strongly advise people to not stay here until maintenance to the property has been done.

What's great about this house is the proximity to the beach, lock up garage and the large entertainment room. What's not great is the badly maintained backyard (spikey balls everywhere), the sewer smell thanks to a blocked drainage and little things like only 6 dining chairs when booking for 8 people. Also, note you are not communicating with a home owner directly. Bookings are outsourced to BNB dream in QLD. I filed a complaint but never heard back from them. Wouldn't book again.

The house is spacious and with good location to walk to the beach. A very nice place to stay to explore Geraldton.
