The house had a/c issues and struggled to cool. Host was very responsive and dispatched an a/c company out twice. After the 2nd visit the system did a better job of cooling the house.

Host allowed early check-in which was very helpful. The house looked exactly like the pictures. The main touches I would add is putting TVs in all the bedrooms, not just the master, and adding blinds or a curtain to the dining room window and door, since you can see straight into the house from the street. The house sits right on the cornor of the main road. It did storm really bad while during our stay, so we experienced some leaking in the den area. Overall, we did enjoy this home.

Overall, we enjoyed this location! We made note of a few tweaks to the owners that hopefully will be implemented for future renters…overall, a good layout for a couple of families getting together for the holidays! Walmart is right around the corner and there’s at least one hiking area within 20 minutes. Families with kids, make a note that this location is right off a busy roadway so we had to keep special watch on the kids with us. Also, bring a baby gate as there is a set of stairs down to the basement. Owners were very responsive to both the issues we had: 1) getting in the first day and 2) no pack and play. Both times, they quickly answered and promptly had a solution for us! Would recommend!

Nice, Clean and Accommodating! The host was very responsive prior to our arrival with answering questions. Once we arrived the responsiveness of the host did not change. The home looks just like the photos posted.
