Beautifully appointed home suitable for family stay. Great kitchen; had starter packs of soaps and coffee filters, trash bags, spices. Great pool/hot tub in nicely landscaped backyard with outdoor kitchen and plenty of pool toys and lounge chairs. Short stroll to beach with plenty of chairs/toys. Ping pong table and games in garage for rainy days. Colored pencils and color books and games for kids. Plenty of Beach/bath towels. Great laundry room!

This was one of the most stocked rentals we have visited. Lots of bath towels, beach/pool towels, more kitchen appliances than I knew what to do with, extra bath tissue, dish soap, stocked kitchen with some spices/oil/wraps. Awesome location to beach, walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, and still tucked away on a quiet street. We loved staying here!

Hi, we just stayed here the week of 06/18-06/25 the property was great but the company who runs it is horrid!! We booked this place approx 2-3 months in advance & after a couple days we realized we needed to book the 17th as well.. we were told we had to wait until it got closer so I waited.. messaged them one person told me yes no problem then someone else messaged me and told me no!? Ok so then we had to find a hotel etc because we were going down a day earlier than my parents from Cincinnati to surprise my mom for her 60th birthday!! Then I asked if we could check in early or at least put our luggage in the garage since we had 8 people along with all our luggage in a rental SUV packed full and it’s 90 degrees out and we have to wait until 4 to get into the place.. that was a no.. liability issues…. So we get there… they need 10-4 to clean might I add! There were no sheets or pillow cases, the pool was filthy, hot tub was cold and pool was 90 degrees (even though this is from the weather), hardly any towels or wash clothes and garbage underneath the beds!! We didn’t even get an email or anything regarding check-in or check-out I had to call 30 min prior to get info!! I also asked if we could have a late check out since our flight didn’t leave until 6 pm or if we could leave our things in the garage again so we could at least go to the beach… no we can’t do that!! So we piled 8 deep again with all our luggage in 90 degree weather and our flight got delayed until 8 pm so we road around like that for nearly 12 hrs!! It isn’t their fault but they don’t accommodate their customers what so ever!! Seems like they are so focused on telling their customers no regarding every little thing instead of cleaning the place etc. We spent nearly $8000 for a week and this is the service we got! Prob won’t be returning! I have personally stayed other places that will at least let you keep your luggage there somewhere and give you a place to change! Also, make sure to bring a mirror because there are only 2 bathrooms upstairs with 3 bedrooms - 6 people and there are no full length mirrors or any mirrors in the bedrooms. Some of the positives: outside shower, beach chairs and umbrellas, outside bar area with grill and beach towels.
