This is a great place to stay. We could not have asked for a better stay. We have time shares this week and next week, but our units flooded in September. They weren’t ready and so we had to look for a rental. My kids are already talking about this place for next year instead of going to the units we own. Yes, that’s how much fun they had. They fell in love with the amenities and the area in general. The pool and hot tub was amazing. The pool guy comes on Monday’s and Thursday’s to clean and check the water. The top deck balcony was awesome to watch the sun sets. We had ten of us and there was always plenty of space for us all. The outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen (refrigerator and grill ) and there was plenty of seating outside. This rental gave you plenty of beach towels and towels. They even gave 2 laundry detergent pods to do laundry if needed. I can’t say enough about this place. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

This house was beautiful inside and out. It was spacious and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and local spots. This was the best airbnb that we’ve been to on AMI.

This is first AirBNB we have been to where they had washing machines but no detergent - had limited toilet paper, had no extra trash bags, had no cleaning supplies like dish soap or dish washer soap - we literally had to buy everything which was not very typical of other places, have housekeeping make sure to get all sand off floors before next person comes, maybe clean the windows and -we tried to get just couple hour extra time for checkout and you were going to charge for full other day so if you have one group leave at 10 am by 4:00 pm (check in time) then house should be spotless - we had to call to get pool cleaned and they only cleaned once during our stay . Tv would not work until we worked with it for about hour and we never could get hot tub to work and grill was super dirty,

We stayed at the Beach View Retreat for our vacation this year. Having never visited Anna Maria Island, we had no idea what to expect. But, the Beach View Retreat well exceeded our expectation. The house was beautiful and the pool amazing. Every morning and evening, we were out by the pool. The house is well supplied with kitchen necessities which made our evening meals easy. The front deck was so nice in the morning to have our coffee. We did have some minor issues (bulbs were out). When I called the rental company about this, they came the same day and took care of our needs. The house is located one street from the public beach entrance, but that was not a problem for us. We walked down a block and had almost a private beach to ourselves. This vacation was one of the best we have had. The island people were so friendly, and the beach was BEAUTIFUL!! I highly recommend the Beach View Retreat and Anna Maria Island if you are planning a vacation.
