This place is just like the pictures! Great neighborhood- close to everything. The pool and yard are amazing- are there neighbors?!? So quiet and private. We had a wonderful stay and plan to go back. All communication with Cody was fabulous. Highly recommend this house or any of their other listings! What a great find!

We had a fantastic stay here! Kids LOVED the pool and spa. The beautifully landscaped yard was gorgeous and made us feel like we were at a resort! The open layout and rooms were just right for our family. A huge bonus was all the local recommendations that we took advantage of and they all hit the spot! We would return in a heartbeat!💗

Great location with a short drive to multiple beaches. The house was nicely remodeled just like the photos. The outdoor pool and spa area was relaxing and private. The house was stocked and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. The hosts are friendly and respond quickly. Would definitely recommend staying at this location.

We had a wonderful stay at Cody’s place. The house and yard are absolutely breathtaking. Just a short 10 minute drive to Anna Maria island beach. We will definitely visit again!

Fantastic place to stay! I’ve stayed in a lot of air bnbs, I even rented air bnbs all over the country for an entire year and this place was one the most professional/clean and well done places I’ve stayed at. I would recommend for anyone that is visiting the Bradenton area!
