My family and I will not be renting from Jessica again. Back in early June she questioned us of having a house party, reminded me this was not allowed, then told us neighbors do not like her renting this house; insinuated we pretend we knew her (major 🚩I should not have ignored)she changed the check in time to 4pm the evening before arrival, but changed it back to 3pm when I pointed out 4pm was not the original check in time when we booked. Then accused my husband of bringing pets on arrival. Dirty towel & bird poop on outdoor tables. Broken glass in bedrm. Jessica mentions the nice floating docks on the site, but told us we could not tie our small jet ski up to the dock less than 72 hrs of arrival. She made us use the marina and said dock boards were old when we used dock and watched us on cam and by neighbor. She had a neighbor watch us in the driveway when DoorDash came to bring foil, salt, etc. This was stressful/uncomfortable and took time away from us focusing on our children :(

The cleaning service should have done a better job and the landscaping was unfinished.

This was my second time renting this gorgeous property with Jessica, and it was a hit again with the family. Location, location, location! The place was just as amazing as it felt last year— right on the lake with a superb dock to hang out and enjoy family with, fish, and relax. While the weather this year was cooler this time, the house was big enough for indoor relaxing in the evening and playing some board games and ping pong. It’s now officially my family’s annual retreat location for Memorial Day weekend. Thanks Jessica!

Great place to stay on the water with friends and family. Great layout, very clean and comfortable, and beautiful views. Quick access to Johnson and Bristol.

This house was above and beyond expectations! Truly an amazing experience! Jessica was fantastic to work with! Clean, great views, and peaceful!
