I stayed there for a complete year. If things had been different on a personal level I would probably have moved a lot earlier. If you're staying on a short term (up to 3 months), this should be fine for you. The apartment is in an old building so make sure you use a filter in the shower (or your hair will take a hit!), hot water will take forever to come (from 5 to 20 minutes of running water depending on the season...). The mattress is an extra hard one, just FYI. It's pretty expensive for what the place offers. It's practicle to have the loft but, overall, the place could have been set up different to actually make use of that extra space and give a reason for the high price. And I didn't feel particularly welcome or positively supported by the staff I was in touch with. The place did the job but I'm glad I moved somewhere else now

fairly close to the station. there is an incline but it isnt drastically steep. privacy windows with gorgeous designs and so much storage were my favorite parts to this place. i also liked that the washer was a washer dryer combo and i didn'thave to hang my clothes out to dry. I didn't use the loft much since its a ladder instead of stairs. for those of you that are heavier (fellow Americans) be mindful of your weight for the ladder and the loft space. the only other issue i had was I, personally feel like i was too heavy for the bed. So if you are larger that may not be as comfortable if you're under 250lbs and under 5'10", you're probably fine. the area is within walking distance of the station mall, a daiso, a gs25 and lots of grocery stores and food. there is also a park up the road with hoops. the host was super responsive and kind. i was able to stay with my senior cat. neighbors are quiet. has an elevator and expandable counter space.

Nicely located near 영등포 station and 신길 station. Despite being fairly old, the room was clean and has a nice room upstairs but unfortunately this upstairs room has no power outlets. The room has everything you need but the bed is very uncomfortable. The host responds very quickly and is willing to help out when needed. Overall a nice, positive stay but ultimately think the room is quite overpriced.
