Wonderful office hosts. Be prepared for additional paperwork needed (wristbands, waivers, rental agreement) before key code is given. We believed that this was due to prior dishonest guests in the ATV/UTV park. Country Cabin 16 was a tremendous place to stay.

We were looking for a home rental for our daughters college graduation weekend. Being from Texas, we weren’t familiar with Attica or The Badlands off road park so it was very confusing why this house was listed on Air BnB. To have every family member have to check in at their office, sign waivers even though we weren’t there to go off roading and get tags for each of our vehicles was very inconvenient. They almost made us all wear wristbands all weekend long until one of the ladies working there said we didn’t have to. It definitely wasn’t our usual Air BnB experience. As far as the house, it was clean and had plenty of room for our family. There were a few things however that should be addressed…the downstairs bedrooms were freezing and there were no extra blankets anywhere, the outlets in the downstairs bathroom didn’t work except one by the toilet, one of the upstairs showers wouldn’t drain and the steps going up to the front door seemed a little wobbly and unsafe.
