Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Close to Newport beaches, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. the large yard makes it easy to grill outdoors, play yard games and have an outdoor fire in the evening. This is a 2 floor house with a full kitchen, living room and bathroom on each floor. there are 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, a closet and in the summer an air conditioner.

This was a great place for our group, made up of a couple different families. Because of the two distinct units, we had ample space. Comfortably furnished and kitchens were well-stocked. Kenneth was immediately responsive to a question. I’d happily rent again.

This was a fantastic stay for our small friend group while we visited Newport for a wedding. Quiet neighborhood, 10 min from town, plenty of bedrooms. The host was so proactive in helping us with check in and check out. Loved it!

Really enjoyed staying at this home! Was perfect location for us and very close to everything we needed. Has separate kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedroom apartment upstairs which was nice to give people some privacy and space as we have very active kids that would could keep occupied on the first floor.

The neighborhood is a residential area close to shopping and beaches.
The house has parking for 5 cars in an off street driveway. If you want to leave your car Uber is always a good way travel especially during the summer months when parking downtown is hard to find and parking can be vey expensive.
