This was our second time staying at Jennifer's home and once again couldn't have asked for better hospitality. The house was in pristine condition with all the comforts of home. A huge plus is that they have a pack n' play for our toddler to sleep in (and the house is all one level, making it very child friendly). Host was incredibly proactive and communicative. Would 100% stay here again if I was traveling to the Newport area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Ranch and Jennifer was always a text away if we needed anything. Everything was perfect so we didn’t need a single thing! Highly recommend, beautiful clean house and perfect location to easily get downtown. I rented for my brothers wedding weekend and it was perfect! Can’t say enough good things. 😀

Great location, comfortable place! We really enjoyed the sea ranch and were so grateful to have. Nice place to stay while in Newport for a friends wedding. Jennifer was super responsive and kind, and left a little surprise for us when we got there. Everything was clean and well kept, we loved it!

Jennifer was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My husband and I had inquired about the mattresses in her home. it was very important for us to know the style, type, and firmness of the mattresses. We were very pleased with Jennifer’s knowledge of her bedding. We were both very comfortable and had no issues with our sleeping accommodations. She has a lovely, well kept, and clean home in a premier part of town. All major attractions are just a short drive away. We highly recommend staying at the Sea Ranch and the next time we are in town, if available, we would definitely stay there again.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Sea Ranch. I can’t say enough good things about this delightful cottage and our host, Jennifer. From the second we arrived, I knew we had chosen the perfect place. Tucked in a charming neighborhood, and only a quick drive from downtown, Sea Ranch was the perfect home base for our long weekend in Newport. The house was extremely clean and Jennifer has the house stocked with everything you might need. I would highly recommend this cottage for your next getaway. I know I’ll be back!
