So many great things: Beautiful courtyard, friendly staff whom were very responsive, tidy quarters, $50 pet fee per stay (not per night), absolutely amazing location, and great amenities (parking, AC/heat, balcony, free snacks/coffee, hotel supplies [shampoo, body wash, towels]). Would love to come again!

so easy to park and walk everywhere, love bathroom amenities. kitchen had everything needed except sponge, just did all the dishes in the dishwasher. Stayed before, will stay again. Place books early, hard to get reservations, when available take it right away, you won't regret it. worth the price.

We loved staying at Pelham Court. The location was the biggest draw- it was within walking distance to so many great options for eating and sightseeing- and the private parking was a huge plus (though kind of tricky to get in and out of). The proximity to the action is great, but it did add to the noise on a Friday night (Thursday night, the noise didn’t reach our suite), so ear plugs could be a good things to include when you pack. The suite was very clean, well appointed and we will plan to stay here again. The fact that it’s pet friendly is a plus!
