What's not to love about this place? It's big, clean, and the hosts have done a great job of restoring this place to have that old charm. Many of the things you'll find in there are hand picked antiques that are a sight to see. It comes with a personal parking space which is definitely a plus. We stayed in the Opera House Suite and were greeted with a nice welcome package of water and snacks. The bathroom is huge and has a standup shower along with a claw foot tub if you wanted to take a bubble bath. Denise and Ken offered us some wine and a cheese plate to snack on when we arrived. You'll also find homemade baked goods throughout the house that are free to enjoy. I highly recommend you try them as everything that I tasted was delicious. Breakfast is included with the stay as well which is amazing. I think they had 7 items on the menu and we went with the French toast and an omelet. Fresh coffee and Bloody Marys were available upon request and I highly recommend that you get a Bloody Mary if you enjoy them. They don't skimp on the portions either. The plates were big so make sure you're hungry for breakfast. The backyard area is spacious and has 2 firepits that can be used. We brought a bottle of wine back and enjoyed sitting by the firepit in the back area at night. The backyard is pretty cool at night as it's all lit up and there are plenty of places to sit if you had a group staying there. The town is maybe a 10 minute walk from this place which is also very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Denise and Ken and hope that I can stay at their place again in the future. I would rate them an 11/10 on the host scale.
