The suite was spacious and clean, and has all the amenities you would need for a pleasant stay. Pantry was stocked with basic necessities such as coffee, tea and sugar. Kitchen was well-equipped for home-cooking experience too. Eric was really kind to accommodate to our schedule during check-out. I will definitely recommend Eric's suite to friends who would like to stay at Santubong in the future.

Overall is good , unit is spacious and nice , but security management is so strict and we have to be extra cautious for everything . They didn’t allow u in without the owner coming first also and I didn’t know owner will be waiting like the time you told so be aware if u check in late and this is not self check in apmt.

The host is super friendly and very helpful. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. There's 3 bedrooms (air-conditioned) and 3 bathrooms, there's hair dryer, iron, hair and body shampoo, tissues, washing machine, microwave, stove, kitchen utensils and even vacuum. Feels just like home. WIFI also available with Netflix. Secure and quiet area and suitable for those seeking for privacy. Few notes though: Beach is 5 minutes walk (subject to tide and beware of monkeys 😆 - always seeks advice from the security guards there) and the pool access is subject to pool rules ie must use proper swimming attire (no t-shirts and shorts allowed). Will come back 👍👍👍
