Extremely disappointed in our stay. Messaged through the Airbnb app after our bed was found with food on it and never got a response. Had to go to the front desk at 11pm to get moved to another room on the other side of the resort so had to repack everything & move the car, was super annoying when the bed just needed to get changed if the message was read at 4pm.
