Scribbly Gums offers a sunny aspect and overlooks the bushland across the street. The front deck is perfect for bird watching and relaxing. Inside you will find spacious accommodation with separate lounging areas upstairs and downstairs. Open plan kitchen and dining opens to a great alfresco area with BBQ. When you have had enough of the beach and outdoors visit the indoor community pool for some down time. Parking is included with an undercover carport and off-street parking space. Please be mindful as it is a shared driveway. Your fury family member is also welcome. Property Features Three bedrooms main with Ensuite Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. For the coffee enthusiast a Nespresso machine is available. Just bring your own pods. Beach access to pristine Callala Beach via many beach tracks. Drive to local golf course and Country Club or take a day trip via ferry to Huskisson from Myola for markets, cafes and dolphin watch cruises. Callala Bay shopping centre offers all your shopping needs including supermarket, butcher, chemist and bottle-shop. Important things to note Dogs are allowed (only 1 due to strata rules) Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels! Wifi is available however it is not guaranteed This is not a party house! We welcome families. No social gatherings permitted including schoolies, buck’s or hen's nights. Only two adults per bedroom are permitted as per NSW holiday regulations Only number of guests noted on the booking may stay, this includes day visitors. At times during your stay it may be closed for maintenance or cleaning. This is beyond our control. House was good locality wise. There were no basic toiletries that we were expecting. Outdoor furniture was all broken and filthy. Internet was working but speed was not even good enough to browse anything . Didn’t had a good experience. Thanks
We loved staying here. The home had everything we needed for 7 people and the yo g people lived the pool.
We really enjoyed the location of the home - being so close to the beach and the use of the estate pool was fabulous! The outside area of the property was very quiet and pleasant and we really enjoyed sitting outdoors eating and drinks plus using the BBQ! Inside was also great, particularly the downstairs air conditioning on the hot days. However, a few things could be enhanced to improve the experience for guests such an air conditioner upstairs as none of the rooms had them and it was exceptionally hot. Also, a milk frother for the coffee machine, some new pillows on the beds and hanging space for the additional 2 bedrooms would be great.
Just meters the white sands of Callala Beach. When you get tired of all the sunshine and cool waters then there is so much to do in the area taking day trips to wineries at Coolangatta, Kangaroo Valley and Berry, Take the local ferry from Myola to Huskisson for markets and dolphin watch cruises. Explore the local National Parks, launch your boat from the ramp or do a spot of fishing from the jetty at Callala Bay. Surf beaches also close by. Walk to local country club for a game of golf or bistro dining.
On Quay road you will find a takeaway store, tennis courts and children’s playground with public bbq facilities. Callala Bay shopping centre caters for your needs with IGA, butcher, chemist and cafe, restaurant, bakery, pizzeria and specialty gift shops.
