Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a great location. The walk-up the stairs could be a bit challenging for the elderly or unfit but was only a minor for us. No noticeable road or street noise. Amenities were excellent and the beds comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Cosy apartment well appointed If you have heavy luggage it’s not ideal as there are many old stairs to climb

Even though we were there for work commitments it was very welcoming to come home to Tyler's apartment. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Great kitchen, comfy lounge and comfortable beds. Plenty of bed coverings to accommodated for the cooler nights. The apartment is warm and cosy with nice views of that part of city. It is easy walking to restaurants and bars with a great little coffee shop just around the corner. Speights Ale House became our favorite eating venue which was only a 7 minute walk. We are returning later in the year to Dunedin and hopefully this apartment will be available. Tyler was a great host. Regards Grant
