The host was posted on AirBnB was NOT the actual host. Demontrez is the actual host's son. The AirBnB was unsanitary and unsafe. I had many sleepless nights as there were gunshots outside and people banging on the front door and ringing the doorbell all hours of the night. One day, there was a SWAT team and bunch of police officers trying to get into the house right in front of the place that we were staying. The refrigerator was inoperable for over a week and all of my food spoiled and rotted. I had to eat out everyday because of the issue with the refrigerator. The host's mother blamed me for not letting the refrigerator technician in at 5am and did not realize it was NOT the technician but a roommate's friend ringing the doorbell incessantly 3-5am. We could not sleep. Also, the very first night of our stay the host failed to provide the key to get into the house. We, therefore, had to ring the doorbell many times to get someone to answer the door.

I booked this place twice while working short term in area. It was clean, quiet and had a very comfy bed. I loved having my own bathroom too. I highly recommend this stay if you're just looking for a nice clean room for a good value. The host was very responsive. I had no complaints at all.
