You first book this listing for the obvious bargain it is, especially for longer stays. But you REBOOK this listing for the great hospitality and hosting. The location & home: easy to find, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space along the street to park. House is beautiful, Pretty dark entrance without porch light on. Check-in: Simple and easy, straight-forward smart lock, code was correct. Joel met us at the door and was friendly & jovial. Bad storm got us soaked, but Joel was patient and helpful as we dried off and brought in our things. Room/bath: a basic but comfortable bedroom, huge closet, clean linens, comfy temperature; pristine bathroom with high-quality towels & toiletries provided; full access to upstairs to include loft with projector, sectional, mini fridge, & coffee maker. Wifi is fast and reliable! Host: Joel is friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Gave us our space and privacy. Though we rarely saw Joel or other guests, Joel made us feel very welcomed.

Joel was at his first experience hosting. He has a promising place in a quiet neighborhood. There is street parking. The room is at the second floor. It has a desk. Internet connection is good. The bed is comfortable.
